The Meat & Wine Co Southbank is looking for an experienced Sous Chef to join our leadership team and help deliver the premium dining experience The Meat & Wine Co is known for.

Working closely with the Head Chef, this is a hands-on leadership role where you'll assist in overseeing kitchen operations, lead and develop the team, and maintain the high standards of quality, consistency and service our brand is recognised for.

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a Kitchen Leadership role within a premium, high-volume venue

Strong leadership skills with the ability to train, mentor and motivate a team





Sound understanding of kitchen operations, labour management and stock control

Ability to maintain high food quality and consistency during busy service periods

Robust understanding of food safety, compliance and WHS standards

Passion for hospitality, quality produce and team culture

Availability across a 7-day rotating roster
