Griffith Leagues Club is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Bistro Supervisor to join our team.

About the Role

As our Bistro Supervisor, you will oversee the day to day operations of our Bistro, ensuring the smooth delivery of food and beverage service while maintaining high standards of presentation, efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Your day to day responsibilities include (but not limited to):

Oversee daily bistro operations, open and close and coordinate service periods

Lead, train and support your team in delivering exceptional service.

Assist with staff rostering,



training and performance management

Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation and food safety

Manage customer enquiries, feedback and complaints professionally

Work collaboratively with kitchen staff, function coordinator and management to ensure efficient service

Lend a hand across bar operations when required

You'll Bring

Hospitality supervisor experience or similar

Current NSW RSA

Availability for nights, weekends and public holidays

Excellent communication, customer service and barista skills

A calm, composed demeanour under pressure and provide a steady and reassuring presence for your team
