Tek Cafe Pty Ltd is seeking a skilled Sous Chef on a full time basis to support its established restaurant operations. Working with the Head Chef, you will plan, organise and supervise the preparation and cooking of Turkish, Mediterranean and contemporary Australian dishes.
You will lead kitchen staff, manage menus, food costs and ensure high standards of food safety and presentation in a busy cafe environment, delivering authentic dining experiences for patrons.
