Coast & Country Primary Care (CCPC) in Dubbo is seeking a Social Worker (Mental Health) to join a multidisciplinary team delivering psychological therapies for underserviced populations across Dubbo and surrounds.
You will conduct psychosocial assessments, deliver evidence-based interventions, develop recovery-focused care plans, and coordinate care with families and community supports. Part time is preferred; however, full-time and casual arrangements may be considered.
