ENTRY LEVEL PACKAGE PLANT OPERATOR – KALGOORLIE

We’re seeking motivated, reliable, hands‑on individuals to join our fixed plant processing operation supporting the mining industry – this is NOT a mine site or FIFO role.

THE ROLE

- Packaging explosive materials
- Manual handling (lifting upto 25kg)
- Picking, packing & dispatching products
- Fixed plant processing support
- Quality control checks
- General cleaning & labouring duties
- Maintaining a safe, tidy work environment

HOURS & ROSTER

- Monday to Friday
- Occasional Saturday work
- 10–12 hour shifts
- Week 1: 6:00am – 5:30pm
- Week 2: 10:00am – 10:00pm

WHAT’S ON OFFER

- $36.50 per hour starting rate

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

- Strong work ethic & positive attitude
- Ability to pass pre‑employment medical & D&A;




- Clean National Police Clearance
- Forklift licence (essential)
- Physically fit & safety focused
- Must be based in Kalgoorlie – locals strongly encouraged to apply
