The Role

This is a senior delivery role from contract award through to practical completion. Based on-site in Narooma, you'll lead the end-to-end delivery of commercial construction projects, managing people, programme, cost, and client relationships with the support of a capable and experienced team behind you.

What you'll be doing:

- Managing the end-to-end delivery of commercial construction projects across the South Coast
- Developing, implementing, and tracking project programmes to keep delivery on schedule
- Managing the performance of subcontractors and consultants to ensure quality and accountability
- Overseeing financial tracking, reporting, and documentation throughout the project lifecycle
- Building and maintaining robust relationships with clients, consultants, and key stakeholders
- Upholding Monarch's quality management standards and company procedures

What we are looking for:

- Proven end-to-end delivery experience on commercial construction projects valued between $3 million to $30 million (or comparable project complexity)
- Deep working knowledge of project planning, programming, and site management
- Strong leadership presence; you can manage a subcontractor, present to a client, and mentor a CA in the same day
- Excellent verbal, written, and organisational skills with a high degree of initiative
- Experience with Cheops financial accounting system or similar
- Experience with Procore project management software or similar
