The leads are warm and they come to us – our website, our socials, and the agents who use us again and again. This isn't cold calling, and it isn't admin with a sales title on it.

So, what's the gig?

You’ll own a book of live enquiries from the first hello through to the install – homeowners a few weeks out from listing, and agents who need a house styled by Friday. You’re the first voice they hear, the one who works out what the property really needs, and the one who turns an enquiry into a styled home. You’ll:

- Be first to the phone on every recent lead – the first to call usually wins the job.

- Ask the real questions: the property, the timeline, the address, the budget, and the real concern behind the question.

- Build and send proposals the same day, while it's still live in their mind.

- Follow up until you get a real answer – not one email and a shrug.

- Book consults, then hand every won job to our crew.

- Look after the client through the install, the campaign and the collection.

- Build the agent relationships that send us the next three jobs.

- Keep every lead, note and next step recorded as you go – if it's not in the system, it didn't happen.

About You

You’re not just a salesperson; you’re a closer who happens to love homes. Here’s what makes you a standout:





- Competitive with yourself – you know your numbers before anyone asks, and a quiet week gets under your skin.

- Fast, not frantic – you'd rather make the call now than add it to a list for later.

- Relentless on follow-up – "maybe" isn't a result.

- Organised by instinct – you carry a busy book in your head and write every bit of it down anyway.

- Switched on about homes – you can walk through a house and see what will make it sell.

- Unbothered by a no, but curious about why.

- Quick with tools – phone, inbox, CRM and quoting software, with nobody chasing you on them.

Nice to have (but not required):

- Real estate, property styling, furniture or interiors background

- Experience working to a weekly sales target

- CRM and quoting experience (we use Go High Level and QuickBooks)
