About the Role

We are seeking experienced Control Room Operators to join our team at a major site in Eastern Creek.

This is a fast-paced, technology-driven environment where you will be responsible for monitoring CCTV, alarm systems, access control platforms, and site operations from a central control room. You will respond to incidents as they occur, coordinate with on-site teams, and ensure security events are managed professionally and efficiently.

No two shifts are the same. You'll be required to manage multiple systems simultaneously, make informed decisions in real-time, and maintain accurate records of all security-related activities.

Roster

Rotating 4 On, 4 Off Roster:

- 2 x Day Shifts: 6:00am - 6:00pm
- 2 x Night Shifts: 6:00pm - 6:00am
- 4 Days Off

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor CCTV, alarm systems, and access control platforms.
- Identify and respond to security incidents in a timely manner.
- Coordinate responses with security personnel, site management, and emergency services where required.
- Escalate incidents in accordance with site procedures.
- Maintain accurate incident reports, logs, and operational records.
- Conduct system checks and ensure security systems remain operational.
- Provide professional customer service and support to site stakeholders.




- Maintain strong situational awareness while managing multiple systems and priorities.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Current Security Licence with:
- 1A - Unarmed Guarding
- 1E - Monitoring Centre Operator
- Current First Aid Certificate (3 years validity)
- Current CPR Certificate (1 year validity)
- Ability to successfully complete an Australian Police Check.
- Previous experience in a Control Room, Operations Centre, or Security Environment.
- Strong computer literacy and administration skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Robust attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- The ability to remain calm and make sound decisions under pressure.
- Availability to work a 24/7 rotating roster.
