To help existing and new customers with issues on their Microsoft Cloud Platform.

Key responsibilities

- Manage Microsoft 365 and Azure environments including M365 accounts management (create, delete, password reset, Online Exchange management)
- Azure Virtual Desktop Management – troubleshoot any issues with virtual desktop environment
- Web hosting management with good understanding of all DNS records (A record, MX record, SPF record)
- Windows 2019 and above server management including updates and troubleshooting
- Desktop Support including PC/Laptop troubleshooting on Windows 10 and above operating system
- Research and Development – Improve knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Azure Technology
- Resolve customers' issues with their technology platform with minimal supervisionUpdate time spent helping customers in Autotask on a weekly basis

About you





- At least 1 year of experience in a Microsoft 365 and Azure cloud support role
- At least 1 year of experience in supporting the Microsoft Windows Server operating system
- Ability to effectively work to strict deadlines
- Resourcefulness in solving problems
- Strong work ethic with an ability to work autonomously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Passed Azure Exam AZ-900 and MS-900
- Basic networking skills including IP Addresses, Subnet IP Address Classes, Routing/Switching
- Attention to detail and solid organizational skills
