Since opening at Parramatta Square back in 2019, we've built a loyal following with growth year upon year.

Now, with a new flagship SYDNEY CBD location confirmed for Q4 2026, we're building the leadership team that gets us there.

The Role

Full-time | 5-day rotating roster | Rotating Weekend availability required.

We're looking for a hands-on leader, not a boss. Holds quality standards without compromise and brings the best out of their team.

Day to day, you'll be:

running shifts end-to-end — improving kitchen flows and effective prep times

training, coaching, and developing a team that takes real pride in premium ingredients

upholding recipe standards, food safety,



and kitchen hygiene across every service and beyond

managing staff performance and rostering to meet labour and service targets

monitoring food costs, portion control and kitchen productivity

About You

3 years minimum in a kitchen manager role in QSR or restaurant, fast casual, or similar hospitality

A genuine knowledge for food quality and team culture

Strong communicator who can lead, motivate, and hold a diverse team accountable

Proven ability to meet prep times, performance, sales, and service KPIs

very solid organisational skills and calm under pressure
