WesTrac Tomago is seeking a full-time in-store Customer Service Representative to be the friendly face customers rely on for parts support and service. You’ll interpret customer needs, process orders, and manage CRM entries in a dynamic, learn-on-the-job environment.
This role follows a Monday to Friday roster with one scheduled Saturday per month. You’ll help customers select the right parts, handle transactions, and keep stock moving while delivering skilled, solution-focused service.
