Reporting to the National Field Sales Manager, you will be the primary commercial partner for our Dealer and Fleet network. Your key focus areas will include:

- Drive sell-out volume and market share by analysing territory trends and building tailored growth strategies for your partners.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities, expanding our footprint with high-quality dealer and fleet service providers.
- Coach business owners on operational best practices and ensure world-class execution of Point of Sale (POS) and marketing campaigns.
- Act as the trusted advisor for Franchise and Independent dealers, negotiating mutually beneficial outcomes for accounts ranging from small independents to national major accounts.
- Oversee store fit-outs and refurbishments to ensure our brand presence remains market-leading.

About you

We are looking for a commercial thinker who understands the nuances of a franchise or distributed network environment. To succeed, you will have:

- 5+ years in a field sales, territory management, or franchise operations role (FMCG, Retail, or Automotive preferred).
- A solid understanding of P&L; management, sell-out data analysis, and the levers required to drive profitability for independent business owners.
- Proven ability to influence, coach, and negotiate with diverse stakeholders—from small business owners to corporate key accounts.
- You are action-oriented, resilient, and self-motivated to manage your own schedule and territory effectively.
- Tertiary qualifications in Business or a related discipline are preferred.
