Casino Food Company is a long‑established export food processor with state‑of‑the‑art facilities in Casino and Booyong, near Lismore, on the NSW Far North Coast. We employ a large local workforce and play a key role in the Northern Rivers economy, producing quality products for Australian and international customers.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Carton Stores Clerk to join our Stores Team on a full‑time, permanent basis. Working within a small, supportive team, this role is essential to ensuring all stock is received, managed and available to meet daily business operations.

Duties

- Plan and manage delivery timetables to support production needs.
- Ensure stores always maintain appropriate stock levels.
- Liaise with suppliers to ensure they can meet stock demand.
- Oversee ordering, packaging, and receipt of goods.
- Monitor and maintain accurate stock levels.
- Coordinate and oversee the arrival and recording of shipments.

Skills and Experience

- Previous experience in a similar stores, warehousing or logistics role.
- Current Australian forklift licence (essential).
- Flexibility to work rotating rosters, including initial training periods.




- Strong communication skills and excellent attention to detail.
- Confident IT skills, including basic data entry and stock‑control systems.
- Effective time‑management skills with the ability to prioritise in a quick‑paced environment.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a small team.
