The Role

Williams Refrigeration Australia is looking for a driven, enthusiastic and commercially minded State Sales Manager to lead sales growth across Queensland and the Northern Territory. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced sales professional to take ownership of a key territory, strengthen existing partnerships and identify new opportunities within the commercial foodservice equipment industry.

Based in Brisbane, you will play an significant role in expanding our market presence, supporting our consultant/dealer network and delivering innovative refrigeration solutions to customers across the region to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.

What You'll Do





- Develop new business opportunities in the foodservice sector
- Build and maintain strong client relationships across all regions in Qld and NT
- Prepare quotations and deliver product training
- Manage multiple projects and collaborate across teams
- Support marketing initiatives and provide market insights

What We're Looking For

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Customer service focus with excellent time management
- CRM experience (highly valued)
- Food industry equipment knowledge (highly valued)
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- An ability to travel throughout Queensland and the Northern Territory, including regional areas, as required
- Strong commercial awareness, with the ability to understand customer needs and recommend practical solutions
