Hunter New England Local Health District is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join the Clinical Care Coordinator team at John Hunter Hospital for a 16-hour per week, part time job-share role supporting outpatient services.

You will coordinate referrals and appointments, review data to improve patient access, and provide clinical support to nursing teams while collaborating with clinicians to ensure timely, coordinated care across outpatient pathways.
