you will:Lead complex sourcing and category initiatives with a high degree of autonomy, driving cross-functional project teams to deliver commercial outcomesChampion a continuous improvement and innovation mindset, proactively identifying opportunities to enhance processes, unlock value, and introduce new approaches that drive business efficiencyDevelop 1-3 year roadmaps informed by business priorities, demand forecasts, market intelligence and supplier insights, delivering measurable benefits, innovation and risk reductionSecure balanced outcomes across pricing, service levels, specifications, warranties, performance remedies and risk allocationEstablish clear KPI's, lead constructive business reviews and drive continuous improvementPartner with operational and construction teams to align demand, capacity and availability, and develop contingency plans for critical categoriesLead the full contract lifecycle while advising senior stakeholders and supporting procurement decisions and business planningUphold governance, compliance and documentation standards while embedding sustainable and ethical practicesWhat will help you thrive:Experience in procurement and category management, ideally in construction,
