Salary: $110,000 – $150,000

About the Aged Care provider:This trusted and well-known Aged Care provider has multiple residential aged care homes situated throughout the Newcastle region with support from the National Head Office based in Sydney that focus on delivering high-quality support to all their staff in facilities.About the role:This Quality Manager will be responsible for the provision and co-ordination of clinical KPI’s, quality care standards, compliance and education programs across 3 x aged care residential homes based in the Newcastle region that meets the individual needs of the residents and management of the clinical care staff team.Duties:- Implementing innovative, best practice frameworks across aged care services, including conducting compliance reviews and gap analyses- Provide project data and information for corporate reporting purposes.- Provide education and training for employees in compliance,
