Bright Start Kidz is an 80 place family owned and operated Early Learning Centre located in Kellyville. We are looking for a highly motivated Early Childhood Teacher to inspire and lead a great team of educators.

Responsibilities

- Develop and deliver curriculum developed on the centres philosophy whilst following childcare regulations and law and the national quality standard.
- Create positive learning environments based on child-directed learning.
- Build good, positive relationships with children, families, and staff.
- Contribute to curriculum decision-making about each child's learning and development outcomes.
- Write confident and detailed observations and daily learning stories.
- Demonstrate an ongoing cycle of observations, analysis of learning, documentation, planning,



implementation and reflection to assess child learning and development
- Assisting with the educational program in conjunction with the Ed Leader or becoming Co-Ed Leader.

You will need

- An approved ACECQA 4-year university early childhood teaching qualification.
- Fantastic teamwork and organisational skills.
- A good level of computer literacy.
- Must have or be working towards NESA accreditation.
- Current first aid, asthma, and anaphylaxis certificates.
- WWCC and National Police Check
- Good knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework.

You must be 18 years old and eligible to work in Australia.
