ABOUT THE ROLE:

As part of the Tony White Group, Mornington Ford & Kia is seeking a highly motivated, customer‑focused Service Advisor to join our professional and friendly team.

As the first point of contact for our Service Department, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience while ensuring the smooth coordination of vehicle servicing and repairs. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast‑paced environment, and takes pride in delivering outstanding customer service.

Whether you are an experienced Service Advisor or have a strong background in customer service within the automotive industry, we would love to hear from you.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Welcome customers and manage the service check‑in process
- Liaise with customers regarding servicing, repairs and maintenance requirements
- Explain recommended service work and provide accurate estimates
- Maintain regular communication with customers throughout the repair process
- Coordinate with Technicians to ensure work is completed efficiently and on time
- Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email and in person
- Prepare service documentation and invoices
- Resolve customer concerns professionally while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
- Contribute to a positive, collaborative and customer‑focused team environment

ABOUT YOU:





- Previous experience as a Service Advisor is highly regarded but not essential
- Previous experience within a dealership environment is preferred
- ERA Power experience is advantageous
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with a diverse range of customers
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team in a fast‑paced setting
- Professional presentation with a positive, proactive attitude
- Strong negotiation and problem‑solving skills
- Honest, reliable and flexible with a commitment to delivering quality customer service
- A current unrestricted Australian Driver's Licence
