Key Responsibilities

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document business requirements, translating them into actionable Salesforce solutions.
- Conduct thorough analysis of business processes and workflows to identify opportunities for optimisation and efficiency gains.
- Configure and customise Salesforce applications to meet business needs, ensuring alignment with best practices and compliance standards.
- Provide ongoing support and training to users, helping them maximise their utilisation of Salesforce functionalities.




- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including process maps, user guides, and training materials.
- Assist in the management of Salesforce upgrades and enhancements, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.

What You'll Bring

- Extensive experience as a Business Analyst, with a strong focus on Salesforce implementations and support.
- Proficiency in Salesforce configuration, customisation, and administration, with relevant certifications preferred (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Business Analyst).
- Proven ability to analyse complex business processes and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and project management principles.
