Civic Disability Services is seeking a passionate and cooperative Quality & Compliance Advisor to join our Quality, Risk & Compliance Team. This role involves getting out into our services, working alongside operational teams and turning quality requirements into practical, everyday practice.

You will help Civic stay audit-ready, strengthen compliance across services and identify opportunities to continuously improve the quality and safety of the services we provide.
