An established global interiors business is seeking a practical and organised Technical and Quality Coordinator to join its Product and Technical Services team.

You’ll connect evidence, records, samples and actions across product and quality workflows, combining desk‑based coordination with hands‑on sample and testing activities.

This role will suit someone who enjoys solving practical problems, creating order and working across teams to keep technical activity accurate, traceable and on track.

What you’ll do

- Turn product checks, measurements and photography into reliable evidence.
- Keep samples, testing activities and technical records organised and traceable.
- Coordinate freight, external testing, equipment servicing and calibration.
- Maintain technical documents, certifications and approved product records.
- Support claims investigations by coordinating evidence, testing and updates.
- Help product launches stay on track through accurate information and timely action.
- Work with suppliers, testing providers, warehouse teams and global colleagues.
- Improve everyday workflows to increase visibility and reduce rework.
- You’ll take ownership of repeatable coordination and administrative processes from start to finish, with specialist support available when technical judgement or formal approval is required.

What you’ll bring

- Experience in technical administration, quality coordination, product support, claims support or a similar role.
- Strong document‑control, record‑management and data‑accuracy skills.
- Confidence working with samples, measurements, photography and routine testing, including safe manual handling of flooring samples and cartons.
- Sound judgement about what you can progress independently and when specialist input is required.
- Transparent communication and the confidence to follow up across teams and providers.
- Strong attention to detail, practical numeracy and effective priority management.
- Confidence using Microsoft 365 and an interest in using approved AI tools responsibly.
- A practical, curious and collaborative approach with the initiative to see actions through.
- Experience in flooring, building products, manufacturing, construction materials, engineering, testing or another regulated product environment would be advantageous but is not essential.

What we offer

- Varied role across quality, product support and technical coordination
- Paid wellbeing days, product discounts and free onsite parking
- Flexible working and development opportunities within a global business
