With an international footprint spanning Newcastle, Melbourne, Auckland and Shanghai, a brand-new, purpose-built and highly automated distribution facility in Boolaroo, and an ambitious acquisition and growth strategy, there's plenty happening.

We're building something great, and we're looking for an experienced Supply Chain Manager to join us for 12 months and be part of the journey.

The opportunity

This isn't a role about keeping the seat warm.

You'll lead our Head office supply chain team of four, work closely with our Shanghai sourcing office and New Zealand procurement team, and take ownership of a complex, global supply chain supporting a rapidly growing business.

You'll be responsible for:

Supply Chain Leadership: Lead, support and develop a capable team, collaborating across our international operations with suppliers and other offices.

Planning & Inventory: Own demand forecasting, inventory management, global replenishment and stock availability across a large product portfolio.

Operational Execution: Coordinate procurement, inbound supply, assembly and stock builds to keep the business moving.

Technology & Improvement: Harness data, systems, AI and smarter processes to improve visibility, efficiency and decision-making.

Growth & Change: Help our supply chain evolve as we scale,



integrate acquisitions and continue investing in our business.

Who we're looking for

You're an experienced supply chain skilled who knows how to make things happen, and getting in and having a crack.

You understand the complexities of global sourcing, inventory and demand planning, ideally within an importing, wholesale or distribution environment.

You're analytical, commercially minded and comfortable navigating complexity. You know how to lead people, work collaboratively across borders and find better ways of doing things.

Importantly, you're hands-on, adaptable and energised by change. You're confident with technology, curious about the opportunities AI presents, and enjoy working in a business where things move quickly.
