We’re working with a global investment bank to hire an Analyst into its market-leading natural resources coverage team in Australia. The team advises clients on M&A; and capital raisings, and its deal flow includes some of the most significant and cross-border transactions in the sector across APAC.

The role

You’ll prepare client presentations, information memoranda and investment committee papers, and take on financial modelling, valuation and due diligence coordination. You’ll work closely with senior bankers and the bank’s global teams, and be given real responsibility on live transactions early on.

The role can be based in Sydney, Melbourne or Perth.

What they’re looking for

- 1-4 years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance or equity research
- A genuine interest in, and working knowledge of, the natural resources sector




- Strong financial modelling and valuation skills, with a solid grasp of core financial concepts
- The ability to manage workstreams and contribute to live deals from day one
- Clear communication and close attention to detail
- A strong academic record
