Project Manager - Class 2 Residential ConstructionThe Opportunity

Due to a strong pipeline of secured work, our client is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their growing team and take ownership of major residential construction projects across Sydney.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a builder with a solid reputation in the market, delivering high-quality Class 2 apartment and mixed-use developments valued up to $50M+.

Reporting to senior management, you will be responsible for managing projects from pre-construction through to completion, ensuring delivery on programme, budget, quality, and safety outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

- Full project lifecycle management from commencement through to handover
- Managing project programmes, budgets and forecasting
- Coordination of site teams, consultants and subcontractors
- Procurement and subcontractor management
- Client and stakeholder management
- Cost control,



variations and commercial management
- Risk management and programme delivery
- Ensuring compliance with WHS, quality and company procedures
- Managing project reporting and communication with senior leadership

Experience Required

- Proven experience as a Project Manager within the construction industry
- Experience delivering Class 2 residential, apartment or mixed-use projects
- Strong commercial and contractual understanding
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across complex projects
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Stable employment history with reputable builders
- Relevant construction qualifications
