- Provide administrative support including document management, data entry, filing, correspondence, meeting coordination and record keeping.
- Respond professionally to enquiries from clients, families, staff, suppliers and external agencies, escalating matters where appropriate.
- Ensure client and organisational information is handled confidentially and in accordance with privacy, financial and records management requirements.
- Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to strengthen processes, systems and service delivery.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to support a positive,

inclusive and efficient team environment.

This role is ideal for an experienced finance and administration professional who enjoys working in a purpose-driven organisation and contributing to services that enable older people to remain independent, connected and supported at home.
