As a Full Time Store Manager at Hobart Salamanca, you'll be the heartbeat of the store
- leading your team, shaping culture, and driving performance. You will: Lead with vision
- setting the tone for the entire store and inspiring your team to live Kathmandu's purpose around adventure and sustainability. Drive strategic commercial performance
- planning for long term growth, analysing KPIs, forecasting, and using local insights to maximise results. Develop people at every level
- coaching your ASM and 3ICs, building capability, and creating a strong succession pipeline. Champion operational excellence
- ensuring compliance, safety, stock integrity, and brand standards are consistently met. Build community connections
