Coast & Country Primary Care (CCPC) is seeking an Aboriginal Health Worker to join a multidisciplinary team delivering culturally secure, person-centred mental health support across Bathurst, Orange and surrounding areas. You will promote access and engagement for Aboriginal consumers and work with communities to strengthen care pathways.
The role focuses on yarning-based engagement, cultural guidance to the MDT, and collaboration with ACCOs and SEWB services.
