Australian Caravan Centre is currently recruiting, and an exciting full-time prospect exists for an OEM Parts Coordinator to join our national operations team.

As a key support role within our Parts Department, you will be responsible for coordinating OEM parts for Supreme and Leader Caravans dealerships Australia-wide. This position requires someone who is physically fit, organised, and able to self-manage your time effectively. You will work closely with suppliers, dealerships, and internal teams to ensure parts are sourced, packed, and delivered efficiently.

$32.00 – $40.00 p/h + Superannuation
(Dependent on experience and qualifications)

Your key responsibilities will be:

Coordinate and manage all OEM parts for Supreme and Leader Caravans across all dealerships nationally.

Organise freight for parts, including safe packaging and loading items into caravans where required.

Pick up orders, parts, and make deliveries to various suppliers as needed.

Drive between sites to support operational requirements.

Complete administrative duties such as emails, web-based forms,



data entry, and phone communication.

Assist with unloading containers on occasion.

Operate a forklift for light duties (if licensed and competent).

About you:

Physically fit and capable of manual handling.

Strong ability to self-manage your time and work independently.

Highly organised with strong attention to detail.

Confident communicator with the ability to liaise with suppliers, dealerships, and internal stakeholders.

Competent computer skills and experience using web-based systems.

Current forklift licence highly regarded (not essential).

Previous experience in parts, logistics, warehousing, or caravans/RV industry is advantageous but not essential.

A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and contribute to a supportive team environment.

The successful candidate must provide a current police check.
