Music Administrator (Permanent, part-time)

Music Adminstrator Permanent, part-time 3 days a week This is a term-time role only

Inaburrahas an exciting opportunity fora Music Administrator to join the team for three days a week. This role provides administrative support to enable the professional and timely delivery of the school’s music program. The Music Administrator supports the Director of Music K-12, the teaching staff of the music department, peripatetic tutors, students and parents.

To be successful you will need:

- Aperson of Christian character and convictions, actively involved in a church and committed to the work of the Christian gospel
- Sound knowledge of music, including reading music notation and familiarity with instruments, ensembles, repertoire and music examinations (such as AMEB)
- Proven administration experience, ideally five years or more
- Experience with budgets, invoicing and financial processing, and confidence learning finance systems such as ApprovalMax
- A willingness to work alongside the team to ensure the best outcome for the school
- Excellent planning,



prioritisation and organisational skills, with close attention to detail
- Clear, friendly communication with staff, tutors, students and parents, with maturity and discretion
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, staying calm and methodical under pressure
- Initiative, flexibility and a positive outlook
- Working with Children Check
