We currently have an chance for a motivated and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our wonderful service team at our Wagga branch. As a key point of contact between our dealership and our customers, you’ll play an important role in ensuring every customer receives exceptional customer service, from start to finish. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in delivering a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcoming customers and creating a positive first impression
- Manage service bookings, customer enquiries, and scheduling requirements
- Liase with parts team to ensure all parts are available for workshop repairs and servicing
- Build solid customer relationships through clear communication and excellent service
- Following up on external bookings and tracking progress




- Helping ensure the service department runs smoothly and efficiently

- We are looking for someone who is friendly, organised, and passionate about providing outstanding customer service. You’ll enjoy working with people, be confident communicating with customers and colleagues, and be comfortable juggling multiple tasks in a busy environment.
- Ability to work in a fast -paced environment
- Genuine interest in working within the automotive industry
- Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills
- Good organisational skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Drivers licence
- Confidence using computers and learning new systems
