About the role

Taishin International Bank Brisbane Branch is seeking for a bilingual (Mandarin and English) Operations Officer to join our dynamic and growing Operations Team. This is an excellent opportunity who's passionate about building a long-standing career in Corporate Banking. Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Operations Officer is responsible to process all back office daily transactions including deposit, loan, money market, foreign exchange and bond.

What you'll be doing

- Process clients on-boarding KYC check and customer files input
- Process daily transactions including deposit, loan, money market, foreign exchange and bond
- Participate in user testing for recent systems/functions
- Write/update operations policies and procedure
- Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned

What we're looking for

- Tertiary qualification in Finance or other relevant areas
- 1+ years' experience within financial or other relevant areas preferred




- Fluency in Mandarin and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in using banking systems and technology to support daily operations
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure
- Collaborative mindset and willingness to work in a team-oriented environment
- Relevant qualifications in Banking, Finance or a related discipline would be highly regarded
