Whether you are:

- A sole practitioner who has grown tired of the unseen hours that running the business requires; or

- You are a Senior Associate or Special Counsel who continues to generate referral work and have a proven following and you want to be rewarded for that

What we're looking for

- Significant post-qualification legal experience (typically 10+ years) gained in a reputable law firm workplace or equivalent

- An established practice or following with demonstrated ability to attract and retain clients

- Proven ability to manage client relationships strategically and deliver high-quality legal services

- Strong business acumen and understanding of the commercial aspects of legal practice

- Leadership qualities with experience mentoring and developing junior lawyers
