You'll have overall responsibility for the day-to-day operation of the dealership, working closely with your Sales, Service and Parts teams to deliver strong commercial and customer outcomes.

Your focus will be simple:

- Achieve the dealership budget
- Drive sales and gross profit
- Manage stock and aged inventory
- Grow Service and Parts performance
- Keep a close eye on costs and productivity
- Coach and lead your managers and team
- Deliver a great customer experience
- Maintain secure, compliant and well-run operations
