Role Description The Senior Vice President of Business Operations is a full-time, on-site leadership role based in the Greater Melbourne Area. This role oversees end-to-end business operations, ensuring that processes, systems, and teams are aligned with the organization’s strategic objectives. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading operations and program management functions, optimizing workflows, setting performance targets, and monitoring key metrics to drive efficiency and quality.

President partners with executive leadership on strategic planning, financial performance oversight, and risk management, while coordinating cross-functional initiatives that improve productivity and customer experience. The role also involves mentoring leaders, strengthening governance frameworks,



and ensuring that business operations comply with relevant policies, regulations, and standards.

Qualifications

- Strong expertise in Business Operations and Operations Management, with a track record of leading complex, multi-site or multi-functional environments.
- Advanced Analytical Skills and experience using data, metrics, and dashboards to guide decisions, optimize performance, and identify areas for improvement.
- Proven Program Management experience, including planning, executing, and governing large-scale initiatives and transformation projects.
- Robust Finance skills, with the ability to oversee budgets, forecasting, resource allocation, and financial performance in partnership with finance teams.
- Demonstrated executive leadership capabilities, including strategic thinking, stakeholder management, and explicit, inclusive communication.
- Experience building and leading high-performing teams, fostering collaboration, and driving continuous improvement in operational practices.
- Background in corporate, healthcare, technology, or professional services operations is beneficial; prior experience in the Greater Melbourne or broader ANZ market is an advantage.
- Relevant tertiary degree in business, operations, finance, or a related field; postgraduate qualifications (e.g., MBA) are strongly preferred.
