The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our growing team and take full ownership of high-end residential construction projects from commencement through to practical completion and handover.

Based out of a dedicated on-site office in the Northern Beaches, you will be responsible for driving every aspect of your project. This includes coordinating subcontractors and suppliers, managing procurement, overseeing construction programs, monitoring budgets, maintaining quality standards and ensuring all stakeholders are working towards the same objectives.

You will be the central point of responsibility for your project, ensuring works progress efficiently, milestones are achieved and every aspect of the build reflects the Hammercorp™ standard.

We are looking for someone who leads with confidence, takes accountability and understands that successful project delivery requires foresight, organisation, strong relationships and an uncompromising approach to quality.

Key Responsibilities





- Take full ownership of projects from commencement through to completion and handover.

- Manage and coordinate all subcontractors, trades, suppliers and consultants.
- Develop, implement and actively manage construction programs and project milestones.
- Oversee procurement, ensuring materials, trades and services are coordinated and available when required.
- Monitor project budgets, costs, variations and progress claims in conjunction with the internal team.
- Oversee site progress, construction quality and compliance with project specifications.
- Identify potential delays, risks and coordination issues early and implement effective solutions.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, consultants and subcontractors.
- Ensure all project documentation, reporting and site records are maintained.
- Drive accountability across all trades and contractors, ensuring works are delivered to the required standard.
- Maintain a clean, organised and professionally presented site that reflects the Hammercorp™ brand.

Experience & Qualifications The successful candidate will demonstrate:

- Proven experience in high-end residential construction, particularly within the custom-built luxury home sector.
- A demonstrated track record of independently managing and delivering residential projects from start to finish.
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies, building processes, sequencing and trade coordination.
- Extensive experience managing subcontractors, suppliers and multiple trades.
- The ability to interpret architectural, structural and construction documentation.
- Solid capabilities in construction programming, scheduling, procurement and project management.
- Excellent leadership,



communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving, risk management and maintaining project momentum.
- A high level of organisation, accountability and attention to detail.
- Relevant qualifications in construction management, building or a related discipline will be highly regarded.

Practical, hands-on construction experience will be advantageous but is not essential. What matters most is your ability to understand the building process, lead the people involved and successfully deliver projects independently.

This is not an assistant project management or purely administrative position. We are looking for someone with genuine project delivery experience who is confident making decisions, managing people and taking responsibility for the entire construction process.
