A friendly general and cosmetic dental practice in Hillarys is looking for an experienced Dental Receptionist to join its front desk team.

You will be the first face patients see and the first voice they hear, welcoming people of all ages and keeping the day running smoothly across a team of several dentists. Days are adaptable, so we are keen to hear what suits you.

Hillarys is a relaxed coastal suburb in Perth’s north, known for its boat harbour, beach park and walking paths. It is easy to picture a lunch break by the water or a stroll along the sand after your shift.

About You:
You are an experienced Dental Receptionist who is warm, organised and calm under pressure.



You are confident with bookings, patient enquiries and health fund claiming. Previous dental reception experience is required.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet patients warmly in person and on the phone
- Manage the appointment book across several dentists
- Process payments, health fund claims and payment plans
- Work closely with the clinical team to keep the day on time
