About the role

Dalby Leagues Club is seeking enthusiastic, reliable and motivated Food & Beverage Attendants as well as Duty Managers to join our growing team. We are looking for individuals who take pride in delivering excellent customer service, enjoy working in a team environment and are willing to learn and develop their skills within the hospitality industry. Previous hospitality experience is highly regarded but not essential, as comprehensive on-the-job training will be provided to successful applicants. Full-time hours are available for the right candidate, with opportunities for ongoing development and career progression.

Key responsibilities

- Providing friendly, professional and efficient customer service

- Serving food and beverages in accordance with club standards

- Assisting with bar, bistro and gaming operations where appropriately qualified

- Operating POS systems and processing customer transactions

- Maintaining cleanliness and presentation of service areas

- Following responsible service of alcohol and gaming requirements

- Working collaboratively with management and team members

- Ensuring compliance with workplace health and safety procedures

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Reliability, punctuality and a robust work ethic

- The ability to work both independently and as part of a team

- A professional presentation and customer-focused approach

- The ability to remain organised and efficient in a fast-paced environment

- Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including evenings, weekends and public holidays

- RSA and RSG qualifications are desirable

- Willingness to obtain any required qualifications relevant to duties
