Role Opportunity
An opportunity is available for an experienced Site Administrator to join a busy gold project on an 8 days on / 6 days off roster.
This role will provide key administrative support to the site team, with a strong focus on document control, mobilisation, onboarding and general project administration. We are looking for someone organised, proactive and confident working in a fast-paced site environment where priorities can change quickly.

Essential Skills and Requirements:

- Previous experience in a Site Administrator, Project Administrator or Mobilisation Coordinator role
- Strong document control experience, including maintaining registers, filing and project documentation
- Demonstrated experience coordinating mobilisations, onboarding and site access
- Previous exposure to the mining, resources, construction or engineering sectors
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a busy site environment
- Strong communication skills and a proactive approach
- Previous FIFO/site-based experience highly regarded

Duties and Responsibilities:





- Coordinate mobilisation and onboarding requirements for employees and contractors
- Maintain accurate site records, registers and personnel documentation
- Manage document control, including filing, distribution and tracking of project documents
- Coordinate site access, inductions, travel and accommodation requirements
- Assist with timesheets, rosters and general workforce administration
- Prepare reports, correspondence and project documentation
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to site management and project teams
- Liaise with internal teams, contractors and site personnel
