We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Casual Assistant Coordinator to join our team.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with school-aged children and is looking to build their experience and career within the OSHC sector. Training and ongoing support will be provided.

About the Role

As a Casual Assistant Coordinator, you will work alongside and support the Program Coordinator with the day-to-day operation of the service.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Providing a secure, welcoming and inclusive environment for children.
- Actively supervising and engaging with children.
- Planning and delivering fun, age-appropriate activities based on children's interests.
- Supporting the development and implementation of programs aligned with My Time, Our Place.
- Assisting with daily service routines, including preparing and serving meals and snacks.
- Building positive relationships with children, families, educators and the school community.
- Supporting children with individual and additional needs.
- Assisting the Coordinator with service documentation and daily operations.
- Following In 2 Learning policies, procedures and Child Safe requirements.
- Supporting the Coordinator and stepping into additional responsibilities when required.

About You

We are looking for someone who is positive, energetic, responsible and genuinely enjoys working with children.

Ideally,



you will have:

- A Certificate III, Diploma or relevant qualification in Education, School Age Care, Early Childhood Education and Care, Allied Health, Youth or Community Services; or be willing to enrol in an appropriate qualification.
- Knowledge of the National Quality Framework (NQF), National Quality Standard (NQS) and My Time, Our Place, or a willingness to learn.
- A passion for creating fun and engaging experiences for school-aged children.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organisational and time-management skills.
- The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- A current Working with Children Check.
- A current Police Check, or willingness to obtain one.
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis training, or willingness to obtain the required training.
- An understanding of Workplace Health and Safety requirements.
