What you'll bring

- Hospitality or QSR experience, ideally in a supervisory or shift-leading capacity

- Confidence leading and mentoring young or early-career team members on shift

- A hands-on, culture-first attitude

- An eye for quality and consistency

- Comfort with sales and upselling

- A warm, approachable manner that makes you a excellent first boss for the team

What you'll do

- Run shifts and lead the floor in the manager's absence

- Support, coach and set the tone for junior team members

- Uphold product quality and service consistency

- Support sales through upselling and great customer experience

- Step up as a key point of contact for customers and staff during your shift
