Full-Time Position | Small, Supportive Team

We are a busy and growing tiling and waterproofing business looking for a motivated and reliable apprentice to join our team.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is keen to learn a trade, develop their skills and build a long-term career in the tiling and waterproofing industry.

We are a small, close-knit team, which means you’ll work closely with experienced tradesmen and get plenty of hands-on experience rather than being just another number.

THE ROLE

You’ll be involved in a variety of residential and commercial projects, learning all aspects of tiling and waterproofing, including:

- Wall and floor tiling
- Bathroom and wet-area preparation
- Waterproofing
- Surface preparation
- Screeding and levelling
- Grouting and silicone work
- Setting out and tile preparation
- General site duties and assisting the tradesmen

No experience is necessary — we’re looking for the right attitude and willingness to learn.

ABOUT YOU

We’re looking for someone who is:

- Reliable and punctual
- Keen to learn and develop their skills
- Hard-working and willing to get stuck in
- Practical and hands-on

- Able to take direction and work as part of a team
- Well presented and respectful of customers and their homes
- Interested in building a career in the trade

A current driver's licence and reliable vehicle would be highly regarded, as our work is across different job sites.

WHAT WE OFFER

- Full-time apprenticeship
- Ongoing work across residential and commercial projects
- Hands-on training and experience
- Opportunity to learn from experienced tradesmen
- A small, friendly and supportive team
- Variety of work and projects
- Prospect to develop your skills and build a long-term career

We’re not expecting you to know everything from day one. What matters to us is that you turn up, listen, have a go and are willing to learn.

If you're looking for an apprenticeship where you can learn a genuine trade, work with a good team and build skills for the future, we'd love to hear from you.

Please send through your resume and a brief introduction about yourself, including any previous work experience.

Pay: From $34,480.00 per year
