What You'll Be Doing

In this role, you’ll be responsible for maintaining accurate information and supporting day-to-day administrative processes. Your duties will include:

Entering and maintaining data across multiple systems

Updating and managing customer and company records

Reviewing and verifying information to ensure accuracy

Processing documentation and maintaining electronic files

Preparing reports and updating spreadsheets

Handling confidential information with discretion

Providing general administrative support to the office

Assisting team members as required

What You'll Need

To be successful,



you’ll bring solid experience in a similar role along with:

Previous experience in high-volume data entry or administration

Fast, accurate typing skills

Robust Microsoft Office capability, particularly Excel

High attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines

Strong organisational and communication skills

Experience with CRM or ERP systems (desirable)
