Our Recycling & Waste Services crews are focused on outcomes, not clock-watching.
When routes are completed ahead of schedule, you may have the opportunity to finish early and get back to what matters most.

The Opportunities:

Side Arm Drivers:

Operate modern collection vehicles servicing residential waste, recycling and FOGO collections throughout the Sutherland Shire.

Rear Loader Drivers:

Work alongside dedicated crews collecting domestic and commercial waste and recycling while delivering an essential frontline service to the community.

What You'll Bring:

- Current HR Licence or higher
- Commitment to safety and teamwork
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Good communication skills
- Pride in delivering great service
- Ability to work outdoors and undertake active, hands-on work

Waste Experience Preferred. Not Essential.
