Why this job is different

Some warehouse roles are a dead end. This one isn't.

ManlyLaptops is an established and growing Australian refurbished tech company shipping hundreds of devices a week to schools, businesses and families nationwide. We've built our reputation

- 13 Years trading online and via our modern warehouses in Manly/Brookvale

- A 4.9 out of 5-star Google rating with 650+ reviews

- 2600+ Ebay Reviews with 100% positive Feedback

We have got there by getting the details right, and the person who packs the final box is a huge part of that.

We promote from within. Packers who show consistency, initiative and take ownership typically progress into tech testing or inventory control within 6–12 months. This isn't a vague promise - it's how our team already works! One of our former packers rose through the ranks to become General Manager of our multimillion-dollar e-commerce business — showing what’s possible with the right attitude, hard work and commitment.

A day in this role

You'll start the day working through a queue of orders — checking each device, cleaning it to spec, matching it against the order, then packing it to our standard. Mornings tend to be steady and methodical; afternoons pick up pace as same-day orders come in. By 4pm, every box that's gone out the door should be one you'd be happy to have your name on.

The role

You'll do the final quality check and pack 20–40 devices a day.

- Clean, careful presentation — no fingerprints, dust or rushed jobs
- Accurate labelling and order checks
- Following a structured packing process,

every time
- Working at real pace without cutting corners
- Lifting up to 15–20kg when required

Speed matters. Accuracy matters more. Consistency matters most.

Who you'll work with

You'll be trained hands-on by Cian and Andrey, with Sergio overseeing the warehouse. You're joining a real team, not being left to figure it out alone.

What you get

- Stable Monday–Friday hours (weekends occasionally)
- Transparent systems and expectations — not a chaotic warehouse
- Genuine growth path into tech testing or inventory roles or even management
- Right beside Warringah Mall, on major bus routes
- Part of a business that protects its reputation — and yours

This role rewards people who:

- Show up on time, every time
- Take pride in neat, professional work
- Can work independently once trained
- Hold themselves to a higher standard than “just clocking in”
- Have full Australian working rights

Warehouse experience is helpful, but reliability, attention to detail and a willingness to learn matter most. Discipline and high standards are essential. This role isn’t a fit for people who cut corners to finish early or need to check their phone throughout the day.
