What you’ll do

- Build the quality of earnings, net debt and working capital analysis
- Work through data rooms and management accounts to find what matters to buyers and lenders
- Draft sections of the due diligence report
- Sit in on management meetings and client calls
- Support IAR and IPO work when it comes in





About you

- CA, ACA or CPA qualified, or close to finishing
- Around 2 to 4 years in TS, deals advisory or external audit at a Big Four, mid-tier or specialist firm
- Audit seniors ready to move into deals are welcome, especially if you’ve worked on PE-backed or acquisitive clients
- Based in Australia
- You enjoy digging into messy numbers and explaining them simply
- You want to be in the room with partners and clients early in your career
