The new AMPM are seeking a Store Manager, to take ownership of daily operations, team leadership, and overall store performance. This is a hands-on position focused on delivering operational excellence and fostering a positive, customer-focused culture.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team
- Recruit, train, and manage staff
- Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety standards
- Manage stock levels, conduct stocktakes, and support customer service
- Oversee store budgets, invoicing, and cash flow
- Support compliance, risk management, and continuous improvement initiatives

Please note: some public holiday work is required due to the nature of the business.

About You

- Experience in retail, fuel, hospitality, or fast-food management




- Solid leadership and team management skills
- A passion for delivering excellent customer service
- Confident communicator with a hands-on approach
- Highly organised, with the ability to manage competing priorities
