We’re now looking for a Full-Time Early Years Practice Coordinator to join our vibrant team and help create inspiring learning experiences for young children.

The Opportunity:

As Practice Coordinator, you will lead and support a team of passionate Area Directors and services across western Victoria, from Ballarat in the south to Mildura in the north. This diverse region includes 31 kindergartens and three long day care services, which are all committed to delivering high-quality early childhood education, building strong partnerships with families, and fostering meaningful community connections.

As a values-based qualified, you are reflective, organised and solution-focused. You build positive relationships easily and communicate clearly with educators, families and stakeholders. You are confident supporting compliance processes, documentation and quality improvement, and are committed to ensuring the safety, wellbeing and rights of all children.
