Our client is looking for a reliable Waste and Recycling Team Member to join their team. Roles include sorting reusable items for markets, directing green waste drop-offs, and assisting with customer-facing market duties and site clean-up.
Your new role

- Work across different areas of the facility, assisting where required
- Sort reusable and saleable items for the weekend market
- Direct customers to correct bays for green waste drop-off
- Perform customer-facing duties during market operations
- Assist with manual labour, site clean-up, and general maintenance
- Commit to ongoing work, including regular weekend shifts
- Maintain reliability, safety awareness, and a strong team attitude

What you'll need to succeed

- Reliability and commitment to ongoing, including weekend work




- Willingness to perform manual labour in an outdoor environment
- Valuable communication skills for customer-facing tasks
- Ability to follow directions and work across different areas of the site
- A positive attitude and strong team focus
