We currently have an opportunity for an experienced Parts Interpreter to join our parts team at our Wagga branch. This is a great prospect for someone with strong parts knowledge, excellent customer service skills, and a genuine passion for the automotive and truck industry to become part of a well-established, family-owned business

Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for identifying, sourcing, and supplying parts for our service team and external customers. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:

- Provide exceptional customer service at the counter and over the phone

- Check, receive, and dispatch parts inventory

- Liaise with customers and suppliers

- Meet all manufacturer requirements and targets

- Work as part of a team

- Following OEM pricing and online catalogues





Ideal Candidate

- Current driver’s licence

- Confident using computers and learning new systems

- Strong communication skills

- Be reliable for full-time working hours Monday to Friday with Saturdays on a rotational roster

- Neat and tidy appearance
